[2:23] I created a lot of feeder companies, but wasn't doing a great job of focusing on any one. The first thing we have to talk about is focus.
[5:03] People, process, product, I had to look at all three of those things.
[9:54] The product you make it to 1 million dollars with is probably a little bit of everything. It starts in one place and moves a lot.
[14:37] I had to lose everything, I had to be so exposed, so broken down to do things differently, and immediately we productized.
[19:56] During the first 10 tens of my uninspired days, I always felt like everything was up to me, everything came from the top down. But if you want to be at 1 millions dollars, or 10 millions, and you feel like you can do, but you can't. It does not scale, for everyone I bring in, I lost one. The company can't be just about you.
