[2:04] We ran 44 through our analytical process and 20 done in the traditional way. Out of the 20 companies where we didn't use the process, 50% are out of business.
[6:30] Right in the middle of our diligence, another well know venture firm comes in and leads the round. Our first thought was "Will we be able to invest?"
