IBKR Margin Explained
When selling puts on IBKR, there may be a delay before the full margin impact is reflected. The "Pending Option Margin" field allows you to manually enter expected margin requirements for newly sold puts that haven't fully settled in the system yet.
For a more accurate allocation picture, use the "Adjusted Cash" percentage which subtracts pending option margin from your current excess liquidity.
