The Marketing Machine That Gives You Your Time Back

ai-prompts google-summer-academy workshop

Everyone in this room has ChatGPT or Claude open on their laptop right now. In the next 45 minutes you're going to make it do something almost nobody uses it for: run three pieces of your business without you typing the same thing twice.

This is your handout for today's session. Three starter prompts, one per round. Don't stare at a blank page during the build, paste the prompt in, swap in your own details, then make it yours. That's the whole exercise: a clean start, not a blank page, with nothing stale sitting in it by the time you're done.

Strategy is leverage. These three prompts pull three of the eight levers that run a business (Community, Content, Code, Capital, Control, Condition, Context, Contract), just pulled by AI instead of by you.

Keep all three rounds in the same chat. Round 2 builds on Round 1, Round 3 builds on Round 2, so the context stacks instead of starting cold each time. One exception: if your AI account already has a lot of your own business context loaded (an existing project, an old brief), tell it to ignore all of that first, otherwise round one comes back generic instead of specific to what you just typed.

Round 1: Build Your Attention Engine

Most people stare at a blank page trying to write "a post." Give the AI your raw expertise instead, and ask it for the pattern, not just the post.

📋 Copy this into your chat

You are helping me turn my expertise into a scroll-stopping hook. Here is something I know cold: [describe one specific thing you know better than most people in your field].

Write 5 hook variations for a post about this, each under 15 words, that stop a scroll without a clickbait lie. For each hook, name the pattern it uses (contrarian claim, specific number, before/after, question, industry secret) so I can reuse the pattern myself next week without you.

The output isn't just a post. It's a pattern you can run again every Monday.

Round 2: Build Your Nurture Engine

Same chat as Round 1. Step 4 of the 8 Steps of the Repeatable Sale is Cost of Inaction: what happens if the prospect does nothing. Most follow-ups skip it and beg for a reply instead. This prompt makes the AI surface the cost, never state it as a threat, and leave the prospect to fill in the blank. Bitter truth, no sugar-coating: that's what actually revives a quiet deal, not another "just checking in."

📋 Copy this into your chat

Help me revive a quiet lead using Cost of Inaction, not a generic check-in. Here's the context: [paste the whole thread, every message, not just the last line, whatever channel it's on: email, a LinkedIn conversation, a WhatsApp back-and-forth, and how long it's been quiet].

Draft one short follow-up that gets them to say out loud, in their own reply, what happens if they do nothing. Don't state the consequence for them. No guilt, no pressure. Make the cost real and leave space for them to fill in the blank.

Paste the whole conversation, not a summary. One participant dropped an entire cold LinkedIn thread, months of back-and-forth, straight in, and got back the exact next message to send. It read the whole thing like it was one paragraph.

Before you send it anywhere, pressure-test it. Paste this right after your draft:

📋 Paste this after your draft

"Give me a hostile read of this message from a busy, skeptical prospect. What makes them stop reading in the first 3 seconds? Fix it and give me the sharper version."

Nothing ships out of this firm without a pass like that first, this is the compressed version of the same gate.

Round 3: Build Your Coach

Same chat as Round 2. This is the one that changes how a real conversation goes, because it doesn't write your pitch. It puts a coach on your shoulder, live, in the room, asking you the next question instead of answering for you.

📋 Copy this into your chat

Act as my live sales coach using the 8 Steps of the Repeatable Sale: Rapport, Frustration, Importance, Cost of Inaction, Deliverables, Investment, Start Date, SOW.

I'll tell you what's happening in my conversation as it happens. Do not write my pitch for me. Instead, tell me which of the 8 Steps we're on right now, and ask me the ONE question I should ask my prospect next to move us to the next step.

Test it once, solo, on a real deal before you use it live in the Coach Battle. You'll feel the difference the moment it asks you a question you hadn't thought to ask yourself, the kind that stops you mid-sentence.

Take it home: the productized version of this exact coach, the Sales Coach Plugin, runs the same way inside Claude Code (type /coach after any real call and it scores you against the 8 Steps in under a minute, tied to your own words, no vibes). It's free the day you start the Sprint Club 7 day trial, same link as the offer at the bottom of this page.

The Right Person Says Yes Faster When the Wrong One Says No First

Everything above gets you attention and a follow-up. This next set solves a harder problem: getting the right person to say yes, and getting the wrong person to opt themselves out before they ever waste a call with you. Same rules as before. Same chat if you were just in it. Paste, swap in your details, make it yours.

Round 4: Precision Messaging (Say It So Only the Right Person Nods)

Broad messaging tries to appeal to everyone and ends up gripping no one. The fix isn't a bigger promise, it's more precision: describe the reader's exact situation back to them in language only someone actually living it would use. Picture the message landing in front of two people. The one who's never touched this problem closes the tab in two seconds. The one who's lived it for a year keeps reading, because it finally sounds like someone in the room with them. That's the split you're writing for.

📋 Copy this into your chat

I want messaging so specific to my ideal buyer that the wrong-fit reader self-filters out before they ever get on a call with me.

Here's my ideal buyer: [describe them by situation, not by title, what they've already tried, what they refuse to accept, what they're embarrassed hasn't worked yet].

Write one paragraph of messaging (for a post, a page, or an opening line) that:

  1. Mirrors their exact current situation back to them, specific enough that they'd think "how did they know?"
  2. Names who this is for precisely enough that a wrong-fit reader would stop reading by sentence two
  3. Never states a fact about them I can't actually verify, no guessed revenue, title, or team size

Then tell me: what does the WRONG reader think when they hit this, and does it actually make them leave?

That last question is the whole point. If your AI can't tell you who self-filters out, the message isn't precise yet. It's still trying to be liked by everyone.

Round 5: Map the Real Objection (Not the One They Said)

Same chat as Round 4. An objection is rarely about what it sounds like on the surface. "I need to think about it" might be Step 3, Importance, not Step 6, Investment. Get the step wrong and you end up answering a question nobody actually asked. This prompt maps the real objection to the right step of the 8 Steps of the Repeatable Sale, then hands you one reframing question instead of a rebuttal.

📋 Copy this into your chat

I'm going to describe an objection or a stall in a real deal. Map it to the right step of the 8 Steps of the Repeatable Sale (Rapport, Frustration, Importance, Cost of Inaction, Deliverables, Investment, Start Date, SOW), then reframe it live, in the moment, the way a coach would, not a script.

Here's what happened: [paste the actual objection or the moment the deal went quiet, in their own words].

Tell me:

  1. Which step this objection actually belongs to (it's rarely the step it sounds like on the surface)
  2. The ONE reframing question that actually lands and moves the conversation back to that step
  3. What I should NOT say, because it would answer the objection instead of reopening the conversation

Run this on three different stalls from three different deals this week. The step will rarely repeat, because different stalls almost always trace back to different root causes, even when the words the prospect uses sound identical out loud. Chew on that before you reach for the same rebuttal twice.

Round 6: One Message Was Never Going to Be Enough

Round 2 built one follow-up. This builds the sequence around it, matched to where the prospect actually is before you write a single word, not where you wish they were. Open at the wrong altitude and the whole sequence reads as noise, no matter how sharp touch three is.

📋 Copy this into your chat

Build me a complete multi-touch messaging sequence, not a single message, for this prospect: [describe them and what you know: have they heard of us, do they know they have this problem, do they know solutions like ours exist, do they know us specifically and just haven't bought].

First, tell me which of these applies based on what I just described: they don't know they have the problem yet, they know the problem but not the solutions, they know solutions exist but not which one, or they know us and haven't bought.

Then build a sequence of touches (3 to 5, mix channels: email, LinkedIn, voice note, whatever fits) where:

  1. Touch 1 matches their actual starting point, not the pitch I wish I could open with
  2. Each touch earns the right to send the next one, no cold restart
  3. The specific mechanism, the exact HOW we get the result, not just the outcome claim, shows up by Touch 2 once they know solutions exist
  4. The final touch moves toward Step 5 (Deliverables) or Step 7 (Start Date) of the 8 Steps, whichever fits where they landed

One prompt now builds a whole campaign, matched to a real person, not a stale template you're recycling for the tenth time. That's the kind of qualification most sales teams three times your size still can't run consistently.

After Today

Use one of these six Monday morning, before you check email. Run Round 1's prompt every Monday for a month and you'll have 20 hooks sitting in a folder you never had to write. Pick whichever one is tied to what's actually stuck this week: no attention, a pipeline full of quiet leads, calls that stall before a next step, a message that's landing with everyone and converting no one, an objection you keep answering wrong, or a deal that needs more than one message to move.

If you want the rest of the engine built with you (all 8 levers, pulled by AI instead of by you, on your actual business, in one day) that's the Jetpack Workshop, book a Discovery Call to see if it's a fit.

If you'd rather keep testing prompts like these on your own first, start with the Sales Coach Plugin, the productized version of the Round 3 coach above. It's free the moment you start the 7 day trial of Sprint Club, $49/month after that, open door, plus the other 46 prompts including the six you just used.

Six prompts, six systems, running today. Happy hunting.
