Slow Sales? Don't Launch a $47 Offer.

offers pricing power sales show

639 strangers or 3 owners. The faster path to more revenue is the premium offer you already have.

Sales feel slow right now. Buyers take longer. More people weigh in before anyone says yes.

And the most common reaction I see is a pivot.

The premium offer isn't moving.. so the plan becomes "let's launch something cheap." A $47 course. A $97 template pack. Something easy to say yes to.

I get it 🐬 A cheaper offer feels easier to sell.

The math nobody runs

Low-ticket only works with volume.

Say you want an extra $30,000 in the next 90 days. At $47, that's 639 buyers. Every one of them has to find you, click, and pay.

The same $30,000 is one client at $30,000. Or three at $10,000.

Which is easier to find in the next 90 days: 639 strangers, or 3 owners who already have the problem you solve? 🐯

Unless you run ads well or already have a big audience, pushing enough people through a $47 offer to matter is brutally hard.

And there's a learning curve. Low-ticket is its own business: funnels, ad spend, checkout, refunds, support at scale. Most founders making this move have never run one. Months go into learning while the pipeline goes stale and the target slips.

How low-ticket actually works

The people who win with low-ticket use it for acquisition, not income.

They already know their backend offer. They push enough people through the front end to feed it. The $47 product often just breaks even. The profit shows up on the back end, in an offer you may never see advertised.

The bitter part: without the traffic and without the backend, a $47 offer isn't a pivot. It's a second business. 🌴

Look at the premium offer again

Before you chase hundreds of new customers, take another look at the offer you already have. Two questions:

1. Is it easy to buy?

Can a buyer explain it to their partner in one sentence? Is there one clear first step, or a menu they have to figure out alone? Is that first step small enough to say yes to this month?

2. Is it easy to deliver?

Does every client need you personally? Or is there a process a new hire could run?

Often the fix is packaging. One clear first step (a 1-day workshop, a 90-day sprint) instead of a 12-month commitment on the first call. Same expertise. Less friction in the buyer's hands. Easier yes.

Then: take control of the conversation

You know the scene. Good call. The buyer nods. "Send me a proposal." You send it that evening. Then.. silence.

Premium offers rarely stall because of the price. They stall because of the order of the conversation.

The price lands before the buyer has said what the problem costs them. With no number next to it, your price looks big.

Flip the order. Ask what happens if they do nothing (Step 4 of the 8 Steps of the Repeatable Sale: Cost of Inaction). Let them say the number out loud. Then name the investment (Step 6). Now your price sits next to their number.

That's pricing power. You lead the call. The buyer does the math. No begging, no discounting, no $47 workaround. 🐬

Fewer deals. Bigger deals. More time back. That's Sprintlife.

Want a second pair of eyes?

If your premium offer has gone quiet, let's look at it together. On the call we go through two things: how it's packaged (is the first step easy to say yes to?) and the order of your sales conversation (does the buyer name the cost before you name the price?). You leave with the one change to make first.
